Five brave souls did the loops this year along with some visitors to cheer us on:
2 Loops completed: Ron, Bella, Shane
1 Loop completed: Tom, Nathan
And then there were the post run drinks and BBQ. All up a good time had by all.

The Course
The Rules
First 4 loops alternate direction. Initial direction to be announced at the start.
Loop 5 direction can be chosen by first person to start it – others alternate direction as they start.
Start time for Loop 1 is 0700.
Loops 2-5 must be started before 0925, 1150, 1415, 1640 respectively.
Time limit per loop (regardless of starting time) is 2 hours 25min.

The Social Part
Let’s face it, we all enjoy a good run as long as there is some food and beer at the end. So at 1200 we’ll start up the BBQ and have some cold drinks available.
For those of us that only complete 2 loops, we can sit back and enjoy the afternoon while encouraging the hard core runners as they go past!
